Brown Bear Athletics started over a shared disdain for the misconceptions and outright lies that come from the fitness industry and fitness influencers on social media.

This includes creating unrealistic expectations about what your body should look like and how simple it is to make your body look and stay that way.

We are realistic in our approach knowing there are no miracle diets and no secret exercise programs.

Most people in the industry will tell you they have uncovered a hidden gem or cracked some code and then push their ill-fitting program on you. This leaves you frustrated and lacking any meaningful change.

We flip the script; we create a program specifically for you, based on what you want to achieve.

This will be real work, but it will also be real results.

There is a lot of science and methodology that goes on in the background however the end product is simple and easy to follow.

Who are we?

We are a disparate group of professionals who have collaborated around a single goal; simplifying exercise for the individual.

Our combined backgrounds include Exercise Science, Project Management & Data Science. This means that our skillset doesn’t just include traditional concepts like exercise selection but takes it to the next level by employing specific skills like elicitation and requirement gathering along with data analysis and visualization to create programs that are top of the industry.
